YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS AND YOGA CAMP
Each day includes a variety of activities that focus on mindfulness, discipline, embodiment and play. Your child will experience martial arts and yoga practice, breath work and meditation. The campers have a great time and leave with knowledge and focus and a toolbox of awareness and stress management tools.

Join Cara Cutro for Usui Reiki 1 Certification Class at the beautiful Stonewall Abbey Wellness. Cara is a reiki master, massage therapist and herbalist working out of Sperryville, VA. She is the owner of Abracadabra Massage & Wellness, providing a unique variety of healing arts to the community.

Cost: $195

Class Time: 10:30AM-5:30PM. This is 6 hours a day each day and includes a one hour lunch break. You may bring your lunch, however do ask that you not eat in the Abbey. There is a small front porch. In the case of inclement weather, we'll get creative!

6-week series: Chakra based yoga experience

$75/whole series

$20/walk in or use of regular class passes

Come! Integrate your being from head to toe for a deeper connection inward-out. Each week in the series will focus on and promote awakening of one of the seven main chakras to provide a sensational experience of chakra energy. Yogic practices and postures will be used to increase awareness and align this vital life force energy. Beginning the series concentrated in the root and working the way up through the crown, each class will involve specific poses focused on opening each energy center. Vinyasa based classes though some will be more energetic than others depending on the chakra center at hand. Sign up for the entire series below and save, or use our regular class passes to drop in!
